Honest Abe
We went to Springfield to visit the Lincoln Museum. Our diaper bag was "over-sized" so security made me push the bag in a stroller while Mom carried Henry. Anyway, photography is very limited at the museum so here's one of the few pictures we were able to take. Grandma, Mom and Henry hanging out with the Lincoln's.

Bath
Mom and Dad like giving Henry a bath. Henry doesn't always like it, though. He seems to be ok with getting his hair washed, but when we take the washcloth to the rest of him, he turns on the waterworks. The first picture is after the torturous bath was over. The second is mid-sneeze while getting dried off.

Ointment
As they do with all babies these days, the hospital put an ointment in Henry's eyes. I'm not sure what the purpose of it is, but they seem to think it's necessary. This was during his first checkup in the nursery. I think this picture is hilarious even though it looks sad. His expression is just priceless.

Bili
A couple days after birth, we were told Henry was jaundiced. He spent over 24 hours under the blue lights. The worst part of it all was that the hospital made Mom and Dad leave because Mom recovered so quickly after delivery. So we got to sleep in the lounge/waiting area. Anyway, here's a picture of Mom and Henry when they let us pull him out of the box. The thing on his head was velcro where they stuck his safety goggles.
